Dispatcher Traffic Control (m/f/d) - Fixed term contract

We are looking for a motivated and driven Dispatcher Traffic Control (m/f/d) - Fixed term contract to join our Traffic Control team. You will be part of a dynamic team and support the Italian Flixbus market in our office in Berlin.The position is based in Berlin (hybrid model). Working hours: 40 hours per week including nights/weekend shifts.

About the role

• Monitor and quality assurance of the operational area
• Take calls from bus drivers and bus partners and answering emails
• Make decisions about disposition of incidents in the traffic
• Handle of delays, accidents, incidents, etc. according to internal guidelines
• Communicate actively and document of all incidents and initiation of appropriate measures
• Send appropriate information to our passengers and support Senior Dispatchers in special situations
• Improve the work processes with the help of minor projects

About you

• Vocational training with a traffic, transport or logistics focus
• Experience in dispatching
• Fluent Italian, English and German. Any other language is a plus.
• Assertive and able to work under pressure person even in stressful situations
• Work in a structured and independent manner and are also very proactive
• Good communicator and team player with excellent computer skills in MS Office
• Willingness to work shifts 24/7
